First, clean your white tile with a mild cleanign agent, recalibrate on it, and measure the patch again. If the combination of paper whiteners and fluorescence in your yellow ink is extreme, and the patch still overflows, just read the slightly less saturated patch next to it instead; that far out its not going to make a difference.
