I don't mean to sound dense -- but if I understand correctly: "CC-0" means the profile usually works best for you with Color Controls <checked> but with the sliders at the <0> position but that you sometimes adjust the sliders to compensate for batches of paper and ink and also to allow for variation of other's printers?
