Hi Bruce,

I have done that several times.  In my case I inadvertantly had 
unchecked Preview in the Adjustment layer.  I'm sure other problems 
could explain it as well.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
