To accomodate this, I print a black border about half a cm wider than the thickness of the stretcher bar around the outside of the image. Coat the canvas, then stretch it when the coating is cured. You can hang it on the wall for display without a frame and it looks fine. This lets the customer decide what kind of frame is appropriate for the environment in which they will display it. If you decide to frame it yourself, consider a "floater frame" which is a beautiful, simple, elegant look. -- Bruce Watson
