I can add to that remark. I have a Nikon D2X and bought the Ids Mk II so I could use it with my kit bag of Zeiss lenses going back to 1975. My biggest concern was going back to NiMh batteries as they often tend to lose charge just sitting in the bag. I bought an extrap battery and have never found a need for it. Every one of my shoots showed the Canon battery to be up to the task. Great stuff Woody ----- Original Message ---- From: Steve Kale <stevekale@...> To: DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com Sent: Wednesday, March 8, 2006 11:10:29 AM Subject: Re: [Digital BW] ( OT Plug?) I do agree extra batteries make sense but I am staggered at how long the 1DsII battery lasts. > From: Tom Baker <tbaker1328@...> > > If it came to it, one could walk back out to their car and recharge the > batteries there. > > TB Please visit the Group Homepage to check the Files, and other resources as they are often being updated. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint If you wish to receive no emails or just a daily digest, or you wish to unsubscribe, please edit your Membership preferences by visiting this same page.
