Yes and no (don't you love those answers <g>).  Yes in that to the
unaided eye it is very difficult to tell them apart.  No in that with
a loupe the 2200 print will show less fine dither banding.  Printing
with High speed off makes a big difference with my 200.  My 2200 did
better with High Speed on.

I'm confused by Chris's statement that his 220 doesn't allow BO.  I
have a 200, which does, and I seem to recall that 220 owners have
previously said they can do BO, although I can't say for certain. 
Ginny, can you verify that your 220 can?
