If you really have one that has no banding, you're very lucky;
Keep it and treat it well, talk to it nicely, give it all major 
holidays off...
My R1800s didn't show banding with all inks firing and the Epson 
driver. It starts to show when you use a RIP like QTR to run selective 
channels, where the ink overlay isn't heavy enough to hide the banding.
