Only because I unpacked a 2400 this morning, Steve, I know a little bit about Epson's 2400 and their Ultra Smooth paper. On the Single Sheet Guide there's an illustration which lists three papers to use with the Guide. Ultra Smooth is at the top of the list. (The other two are Velvet Fine Art and Watercolor Paper - Radiant White.) The 2400's Start Here folder doesn't deal with the Single Sheet Guide. But see "Loading Special Paper in the Single Sheet Guide" section on page 18 of the User's Guide. Ultra Smooth and the other two papers listed above are listed again. But this time so is PremierArt Matte Scrapbook Photo paper. Finally, UltraSmooth is listed in the paper guide on the inside back cover of the User's Guide, in Super B (13 x 19 inches) size with its part number, SP91209. The other three papers mentioned above are listed along with Ultra Smooth. But the only thing I've seen so far about how to print on Ultra Smooth is that it says on page 72 to use the Matte Black with it. -- Sam >In a message dated 1/13/06 8:53:08 AM, steveh060758@... writes: > > >> The Epson site does not list Ultra Smooth as a paper for the R2400. >> >Has to do with availabale sizes and company divisions... > >> Has anyone used this paper anyway? >> >Yes, and other similar papers.
