I had a look at the Mandev site, and did a google search, and couldn't
find these anywhere.  Can you provide a few clues for those outside
the UK, so that we might order them?

MIS has been promising spongeless carts for the 2100/2200 for a long
time.  The last contact I had with support suggested early 2006, but
I'm not holding my breath.  It's almost worth buying a 2400 just to
get refillable spongeless carts, except I have large stocks of genuine
2100/2200 carts in the slowly-used colours.
