They're $325 US refurb/warrenty from Epson. IMO their refurbs are better than new because they've had two additional inspections (customer and Epson's refurb crew). Don't know what you'd have to pay to get one of these delivered to Canada, but the deal would surely be better than from any brick and mortar dealer in terms of support (Epson's better than dealers).
