Hello John, >First, I was wondering what the heaviest paper is that will feed >through the 220 I've found with my R200 (and others) that I can use even the real thick papers (300+ gsm) if I put a slight bend in the leading edge and give it a nudge to get it started. >(and why Epson doesn't put a rear slot in). Probably because it's an inexpensive printer. It also comes with dye inks, so it probably isn't designed with fine art photographers in mind. >First, I'd like a white matte paper with finish like traditional >fiber paper. Innova's Photo Fiba is like that. >Second, I'd like a natural paper with a watercolor paper texture. Innova's textured papers fill that bill as well. They are non-OBA textured papers with two surfaces to choose from (Cold Press Art and Soft Textured Art, both at 315 gsm). They have excellent dmax and are really nice looking papers. You can find more detailed descriptions of these in the "Paper Chase" article at the link below. Regards, Clayton Info on black and white digital printing at http://www.cjcom.net/digiprnarts.htm
