Ted, Epson UltraSmooth is essentially the same as PremierArt Hot Press (assuming it's the same as the UltraSmooth they sell here). See http://www.epson.com.au/consumables/largeformat/695.html. MIS carries PremierArt Hot Press 205 and will ship internationally, I think. Epson's Watercolor Radiant White is also archival, though it has brighteners in it. Good luck with the project.
