Do you really mean 30,000 INDIVIDUAL images?  Or do you mean many
prints from each image? How large do you want to print? 

If you scan finished master prints you shouldn't need ANY post
processing of individual images. 

If you're determined to do this digitally you've probably already
looked into Qimage software.  

IF you plan hundreds of prints of each image and would like get the
project done quickly, it would be faster and probably cheaper (labor
$$) to make  make master copy FILM negatives, gang print them on rolls
of real (sorry..."silver") photo paper, wet process in a roller
transport paper processor. Specialty photolabs have done this for
decades, 24/7, for press kits and gallery sales...some are capable of
excellent "art-quality" work.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
