Stephen, I ran the cleanout program and installed 2.1.8. Same problem. I can only print if I rename the qtrguilog.txt to .bat and run that. In my case, it does not matter what drive the tif file is on. Thanks for all your work in creating the GUI and for working to fix any problems that come up.
