I agree, if paper flakes more then you like, then simply select a 
different paper.  There are at least 200 different papers out there, 
from standard cheapie paper, to the finest art papers, so everyone 
should be able to find something they like.

Sometimes I think the fine art papers are over-rated, once a print is 
mounted, matted, framed and behind glass, it's a lot harder to tell the 
difference between a $29 a sheet paper and a $29 a box paper.
