I think that Paul has a great idea, we just need to carry it slightly further and boycott companies that think flaking paper is customer friendly. Afterall, we finally got cars that the fenders don't flake off of much anymore. And "some tolerate it well"? everybodies pain threshold is different. Some actually like it I've heard. So, boycott?
