You will find the statement about Glossy papers on their website as well as
an extensive list of maintenance issues related to what to do when your
printer clogs.  I read extensive threads on this list (which was clearly
marked on their site) before I bought the inks.  I think there is plenty of
accessible info out there.


I think, if you take a step back, you will realize that you have unrealistic
marketing expectations.

"Ford Rangers are great except that you have to take them in every six
months for servicing and recalls and they won't tow anything over a
wheelbarrow, so hurry out and buy one today!"

Nobody, no matter what they sell, does that...including Epson!  Epson
"Archival" Matte...really!
