Steve,

We went round and round about this several months ago.  While I don't 
doubt the experience of others, I don't share it.  I have IP 5.5, and 
it was always the easiest software in the world to use for me.  Keep in 
mind that I'm using it in a simple way, as a single-image photo 
printer, not on a network or in a production environment.
