Hi Steve, For me, I just load 1 sheet in the normal feed slot. Press the paper button once. Gently hold the left and right side of the paper and help the printer grab the paper. You will hear it push back at you and you can stop helping it through. Open the lid and make sure about 1/4 to 1/2" of the paper is showing. It may take a few times....and it is frustrating.....but it works. If the red paper light comes on, hit the paper light again to eject and try again. After a while you will know how much pressure to put on the paper to get it through. Please post on how you like that paper. I am looking for a smooth matte and have heard great things about HM.
