Any problems in a system with a CFS requires you first substitue original Epson carts to determine if you have a nozzle problem or cart problem. Otherwise you'll be chasing a nozzle problem when you really have a cart problem. Your's sounds like it could be a cart problem but you can tell for sure if it prints fine with Epson carts. Call MIS and you'll eventually ending up talking to Bob, the owner. He'll probably tell you to disconnect the cart from the tube, suck out all the ink from the bottom and bottom refill with exactly 9cc's of ink (for a 1280 cart), let sit for a few hours then try it. CFS carts need the right amount of air in them. I love my MIS CFS but they can be a bit quirky to set up.
