Unfortunately Dry Creek Photo is violating the general license agreement of the software they use for profiling in the process of providing this free service, unless they silently hold a special license. The general license in question allows profiles for devices not owned by DryCreek to be provided only to the third party owning the devices, and specifily does not allow profiles made in this manner to be distributed, as Dry Creek is doing. They are potentially making themselves liable for serious costs, since every lab they profile constitutes a lost sale of software and hardware to the company involved... which currently adds up to hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost sales.
