I cannot recommend ordering from a company that refuses to update their online order status (when I log on, they still show my order as open with payment complete), fails to respond to requests for information on an order, does not answer their phone OR return phone messages, and illegally holds your money hostage after not shipping for months. When you do business with MIS it seems, all goes well. . . until it doesn't. . . at which point they show their true nature. Crooks—or giving them the benefit of the doubt, absolute incompetents—neither engenders a satisfactory result for the customer.
The one absolutely great thing that has come from this fiasco is that I've discovered how ridiculously inexpensive carbon is, as are all the other ingredients. And, after one mix that was not quite satisfactory, I must say, I now prefer the look of my home brew ink results even better than what I received from them in the past.
