Sounds crazy, I know but I ordered a b&w ink kit from MIS via their webpage several weeks ago. I confirmed that they charged our Visa. However, their online status listing has been “PAYMENT COMPLETE” for a couple weeks and they have not shipped the kit.
I've sent four or five emails with no response other than automated messages. I called their order desk and a recorded message says “Our phone systems are off line (for maintenance), please use our email support system.”.
While I've requested they cancel the order via eamil, they have not responded to that either. With a heavy heart, I finally filed a VISA dispute for the money yesterday.
Anyone know the details behind their problems? We bought an Epson 1400 to use as a dedicated B&W setup. (Hoping to work with Paul Roark's ink formulations since there's such rich information online about them.)
Would love any suggestions as to alternatives...maybe consider buying a printer that could use K3 inks?
