I am not an expert but is it possible there is a vent plug you need to remove? Mike J. I just got a new one but got it empty this time. I filled up the tank and use the syringe to pull ink into the cartridges. I did not fill the cartridges completely and that could have been a mistake. Right now, the printer prints fine but I have 2/3 of the tubes with no ink. When i print, the ink is pulled slowly toward the cartridges but i am concerned that i will run out of ink in the cartridges before the ink comes back and fill them. If i raise the tanks, the ink flows into the cartridges but when i put them back down at the printer level, the tubes get emptied again. Any advice on how to have the tubes with ink going to the cartridges and no huge gap of air in between Thanks. Pierre-Olivier http://www.DepthofFieldPhotography.com
