Very odd. I've never seen that on the two 1400s I've had for years. I would have guessed the reservoir plugs were not sealing. When I have the reservoie plugs out for filling a couple of my carts will leak badly unless I have the outlets plugged with one of the metal plugs MIS at least used to have/sell.
