Re: Suggestions for displaying matted prints

I ended up making a simple wooden "shelf" that I stained black. It's made
from a one*two piece of (scrap) wood that has a smaller piece nailed to the front
to make a lip to hold pictures in. I'll be using simple straight pins (ie sewing)
to hold in my 16*20 matts. If they are portrait, a pin will be at one height,
landscape, a different height. The pins are small, non-obvious, when I
change a place from portrait<->landscape, I can take out the pin and simply
move it up or down to a pre-existing (tiny) hole. I should mention the wall
is sheet-rock, so I can stick a pin into it (this wouldn't work so well on
a concrete wall).
This was simple to make, it looks clean, and it has the flexibility I want.
I also used up some scrap wood from my stash in the garage. A win-win
result.
I hope this sparks ideas for other looking into this type of problem!
