Thank-you for this post. We've just started to scan our A. Aubrey Bodine color transparencies and we are using a V750Pro.
I have taken a brain-dead approach to my scanners since 2000 (1640XL and 10000XL), I have never tried to characterize scanner performance, so this analysis really piqued my interest.
Blue - image smears to right by 1 pixel
Green - sharpest
Orange - less sharp than G
Red - less sharp than O
Yellow - same as Orange
I guess it's time to read about calibration procedures.
