I use the Raytocs.. you'll have to watch eBay or Craigs to get one.. their spendy now..

I know the Raytoc adapter works well, but it is no longer made, and used prices have skyrocketed. The only web site I have found that lists them (a clearance centre supposedly in Idaho) is not functioning, is traceable to a Russian server, and claims to have its warehouse in a town whose post office has never heard of it...
