Re: PremierArt Smooth BW Paper

2013-02-12 by Paul

I've been round and round looking for that paper, too. But as recently as last April, I had an e-mail correspondence with a Matt Anderson at InkjetArt and he told me that Premier Art paper is also available under their house brand: "Museum Digital". I just checked and they have a pretty thorough listing under that name.

If you want to get in touch with him at InkjetArt to verify that, here's his e-address: matta@...

But it is odd, that this product is so elusive. I use the 205 gsm weight myself, which is even harder to find. I like it because it's printable on both sides, so if I screw up a print I can use the other side for work prints... and it's less expensive to begin with because of the lighter weight. But it's plenty thick enough for my purposes. And according to Paul R., this is the same paper as the Epson Scrapbook paper, one of the most archival papers around.

Hope this helps,

Paul
