Try searching under CAS # 56-81-5 and/or triethylene glycol monobutyl
ether.  I think this chemical is called different names by different
companies.

I don't recommend it.  Butoxytriglycol or triethylene glycol monobutyl
ether is a dye carrier and coupling agent.  I think a base without this in
it would not produce as good or stable results.
