Digital BW, The Print

Support ticket opened Tuesday, haven't heard back. Left phone message
Tuesday, haven't heard back. Called again yesterday, decided not to fill
their voicemail box.

It's a shame, because the first order I made from them went very well and I
assumed they had their act together.
