Paul: Is it possible to share a link for the report on the MIS inks? I've been using them for several years. They are inexpensive but do fade. I'm no pro, but I think my work is starting to gain some respect. I should probably be moving to more light-fast products. I noted your comments on my 2K2LK fiasco. I don't know if I'm going to go for the Norisco ink. It's a pretty big investment and I have other B&W options. Maybe MIS would like to sell it in smaller volumes along with your clearbase solution? As for the new inks from inkjetmall.com, that's Jon Cone's outfit, as I'm sure you know, and they have a good reputation. I'd be very interested to try a high longevity ink to replace MIS when they develop one for he Espon 1400. Who knows, they may come up with a black that works well with the 2K2LK, is easy to purchase and has longevity. Homer Shannon > heard a report about the MIS dyes today - not good. >
