Sometimes I have seen that happen with my Canon files in lightroom.    Most always the files are fine it is just the lightroom previews that are corrupt.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
