No Minolta camera either :-) The 5400 was the best model of the Minolta range. Optional Scanhancer added to reduce grain aliasing. The Nikon 35mm models came second. The Canon 35mm models had a lower resolution and so did the Polaroid ones. In MF sizes the Nikon 9000 is still made but depending on market demand so availability varies. The Hasselblad/Imacon models are still available but for that price you can do better qualitywise with a secondhand drum scanner that has been overhauled. I'm using a Nikon 8000, Epson V700, Umax Mirage II. All with fluid mounting if required. -- Met vriendelijke groeten, Ernst Try: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/Wide_Inkjet_Printers/ | Dinkla Grafische Techniek | | www.pigment-print.com | | ( unvollendet ) |
