Digital BW, The Print

It may be time to do another "test" book.  My last test books of B&W from
blurb, lulu, and one other I forget the name of, was simply awful.
Greenies, random white spots, and really poor tonality.  I mean not even
"good enough for the price", just down right, "my god, don't even look at
it" quality.....
