sound list?

2004-03-05 by woody30913

hey all, hope evryone is good.

is there a list of all sounds on the dtxpress 2 anywhere??

also , i need to make my own kits with the various sounds . can
someone point me in the right direction please.

cheers guys.
woody.

....also,played the first gig with my new band on tuesday, went really
well... been asked to play every week, they have given us the PA
needed for the kit,and an agent was impressed aswell!

most people came up to me and was firing questions about the
kit, saying the sound was amazing, and how they couldnt believe it
wasn't a 'real' kit.

chuffed,but must work harder!!

Sound and kit lists, and instructions for creating and saving kits,
are all in the manuals. If you don't have a manual, you can download
PDFs from www.dtxpressions.com or directly from Yamaha in Japan.

Also on dtxpressions is an Excel template from OldGuyDrummer, useful
for writing down kit information (for planning, experimentation, or
disaster recovery).

Woody,

Congratulations on the successful gig and thereafter. Too bad about
the "real" crack, but the more you play the kit to good reviews, the
less likely will you hear the backward semantics. As for the sounds
on the DTXpressII, they are all listed in the back of the manual, as
are all of the individual factory kits and their voices. If you don't
have a manual, you can access the site from our Links section.
