Bar Pad Question

Bar Pad Question

2003-01-02 by underneathheaven <realvast@swbell.net>

Alright I'm back and this time in need of info for the bar pad.
This bar pad is basically two mini pads that can play sounds just
like any other pad correct? How many inputs does it take? Thanks
for answering all the questions. I'm just trying to see which extra
gear I wanna buy first. Possibilities are endless huh!

Most bar pads that I know require two mono inputs of the 9/10
variety, though Pintech makes a single mono version. They are handy
devices. The triggering is generally fast, responsive, and quiet--at
least the Drum Tech's that I have is, with its two FSRs. I've never
tried the Yamaha BP-80.

The bar pad (BP80) is a dual momo trigger. It takes up two inputs. 9/10 works perfectly! Be sure to use a stereo Y cord!
