Most PC hardware suppliers would have such a thing...
However, some of these joystick/MIDI connectors don't always handle MIDI
that well.
Some can not cope with sysex messages - it is very MIDI intensive and as a
result tends to over-whelm these devices (they normally have something to do
with the soundcard).
You might be better off getting a dedicated MIDI interface to handle the
MIDI side of things. There's plenty to choose from, simple 1 in, 1 out
units, some other 2 ins, and 2 or 4 outs. Some use USB to connect, some use
the serial connection.
Depends on your wallet...
