Actually, it was MY poor writing skills that misled you as to my intentions. I should not have included Roland in my "little guy/ big guy" rant , as I was really referring to the retailers. The Ma&Pa's can't generate the $$$, and so they and their cusyomers deal with the consequences. I wouldn't begin to know enough about the manufacturers to comment on their relative sizes. Roland seems to hold the edge in e-drums..and for good reason. But there are good companies that will keep them from resting...that's what makes it work for us. I doubt that my DTXIIS will be half-arsed. It may not be for everyone, but who's one product is? Let's just hope we can create enough interest to make it worthwhile for ALL of these companies to invest whatever it takes to make us ALL happy. P.S. loved the pics and demos Dan
