Hey Dan, that's rather bizarre. Let us know if the solution sticks. I have the same issue as I said before, so I am definitely interested. I just figured the OS was written poorly. For me the clicks only occur when midi data is sent to the unit, not if its in "local on" mode. I guess it is possible a midi ground could interact with audio. I am wondering why an OS reset clears the problem for me but not you, and how it is possible for software to create a grounding issue, but I'm glad you are getting a handle on it.
