Creighton and Grumpy Stewart, My experience with the Zenbal was totally different. Mine was as close to plug and play as I could imagine. I don't remember any serious rim/bow confusion or trigger failures--at least in comparison with other cymbals of its type. Maybe it was the luck of the draw. Stephen initially had trouble with his, but now he seems happy. He might want to publish his settings. Ed
