Okay, I'll wait to hear from you before I send anything. Meanwhile 
I'll start composing the letter. Another thing to think about is how 
to deal with members who have been bouncing for a long time. Do we 
waste our time sending the Special Notice to them, or do we cut our 
ties with them now to make the numbers crunching that much easier? If 
they want to come back later, fine, but right now, they aren't 
getting, or reading, their group posts.
