To plow back through the archives, all you have to do is type the 
keyword(s) into the SEARCH ARCHIVES box & submit your query.  As 
large as this group is, and with the number of messages that have 
been posted, you're right, many of your questions may have already 
been asked & answered.  Still, please don't let that stop you from 
firing away, okay?

I know what you mean about getting a kid away from a drum set, 
especially e-drums.  Once they get those headphones on they're in a 
world of their own, aren't they?  I drove my parents (& the next door 
neighbors) nuts practicing when I first started 40+ years ago.  No 
headphones & e-drums back then.  LOL! 

I can't answer your other questions.  I don't have a DTXpress set-up 
(I practice on my Roland V-Drums), but these guys are kind enough to 
let me hang out with them despite that.  :o)

Someone will answer your questions for you though.  Just check back 
in a couple times a day.
