Okay, Vern and OGD, your fates are sealed. You have just been 
installed as moderators with all privileges. One way or another we 
should confer on the advisability of restricted membership. If I 
remember correctly, OGD had some good reasons not to install it, but 
Zilla finds that it works for him. Should we put it to a vote, wait 
to see whether we're quick enough to catch the bad posts and members, 
or add it immediately?
