AGAIN.... I humbly offer the following solution:

I will host the group list.

I have a domain and a forum already running (for about 6 months now!).

I set up others to moderate and/or control the site (just vote on it?).

I own the ISP this stire is hosted on and I would be happy to setup
whatever system people here prefer.. Shall we finally discuss this
seriously? :)
