Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

This might be of interest as you DTXpress guys start adding dual zone pads
to your kits. Any help would be great.

Here¹s a dual zone pad question I¹ve encountered trying to edit preset kit
59 on the DTXv2. Toms 1 to 3 have the identical rim voice (side stick). Tom
4 rim has a china voice. When I change the voice on tom 3 rim to cowbell,
tom rims 1 and 2 automatically become cowbells tooŠno more side stickŠnot
what I want. Tom 4 is still china. Did someone at Yamaha "link" pads 1 to 3
in a "set one, set Œem all" deal? How do you break the link?
