OK so i got up this morning refreshed but with a tummy ache and decided to check up on my ride cymbal. Apparently if I hit the ride part of the pad softly I'll always get the ride sound. But if I hit it a little harder, it crashes like the edge of the rim is programmed to. When I hit the edge of the pad I get that choked cymbal sound. I assigned only one sound to the pad, like just the ride sound for example, and it works fine. Is it possible that maybe that sensitivity button got messed around with or something in the back? I really hope I'm not hitting these things too hard. Last night I broke the tip of my drumstick but I think its when I hit the rack. This morning I woke up and my hands have all these little red spots on them. Guess its time for some gloves and some more pizza!
