dont be too hard on yourself keith. i was reading the manual too when i was searching for this. and apparently, it was NOT there during the time of my reading. :-)

question: can i use the new hi-hat (rh135?) on dtxpress 3?

Well b&$$er me - and it's even in the manual (page 21 of the reference
manual). And I thought I know what the DTXpress could do (except MIDI).
