I set a program of drums in the Sonar, I have it going out of the midi into the DTX2. I set all of the controls on the DTX2 to receive and playback (I think, because I might be missing something here from the manual). Then I hook up to my DAW throught 1/4 Outputs from the DTX. When I push play on the DAW a pre-programmed pattern plays on the DTX instead of the midi program from the Sonar. Totally the wrong drums AND out of sync. I use my Roland Keyboard from the computer to the DAW and all is fine. I think it is some programming flaw on my part with the DTX brain.
