Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Hi, 

I use Cubase myself, and I'm relatively new to midi recording, but 
this is something I'm working on lately myself.
I'm not sure exactly of what you're asking but I take your midi 
recorded drums do are not playing back 'in time' with your audio 
tracks? If so, do you have the tempo set within your recording 
program? Did you even record the audio to a click? There are other 
factors of course.
